Binding is shaken. Front hinge is fine, rear hinge is starting. The covers and spine are lightly rubbed, with some light fraying to the corners and spine ends. The rear cover has an area of light fading along the edge. There are no loose, torn or missing pages that I saw, with the exception of a few small chips along the top edge of the first blank page. The interior is clean, other than some faint yellowing to the pages as a natural result of ageing. Overall, this book is in GOOD to VERY GOOD condition. As with any book this old, some ageing and minor imperfections should be expected, as well as the possibility of unobtrusive prior owner's notations, inventory control numbers and / or signatures. Any major imperfections will be noted.
