The four Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles are reunited after two years of living private lives in order to grow as a family and combat a wave of mythical South American monsters attacking New York City. Their traditional enemy, the Foot Clan, resurfaces, serving an immortal industrialist who has his own reasons for tracking and subduing the monsters. As the 3000 year anniversary of the first appearance of the monsters approaches, the Turtles must team up with human allies Casey Jones and April O'Neill in order to take on the monsters and the industrialists four stone lieutenants who may have their own agenda.
