The comedy team of Chris Farley and David Spade team up again. Here, loveable goof ball Mike Donnelly (Chris Farley) tries to help with the election campaign of his older brother Al Donnelly (Tim Matheson). When all of Mike's efforts result in embarrassment after embarrassment for the campaign, Al assigns his smart mouthed assistant Steve Dodds (David Spade) to keep his misguided, though well intentioned little brother under wraps. Despite Steve's best efforts, Mike's missteps continue, with comedic results. During their adventures, they uncover voter fraud and must work together to prevent a plot to steal the election.
