In this remake of the classic 'The Money Pit', a comedy-ready family of four: Father (Ice Cube), Mother (Nia Long) and two cute and reliably funny kids, move from their cramped home in the city into a big posh-seeming country house. The house falls apart three steps further for every step of repair the family makes, but living while threatened on every side by slapstick destruction brings the bickering distant family closer together.
