Solmu Mäkelä (b. 18 June 1922 Vyborg ) is a Finnish magician . He is the author of several books on magic tricks and newspaper columns, and worked at the Finnish Magic Circle Association's sound supporter Simsalabim-chief of the magazine. During the war, Mäkelä appeared in front comrades in arms, as well as entertaining the evenings. In addition, Mäkelä has appeared on television and in films, including Peter and Shorty NEGROES and Aki Kaurismäki Drifting Clouds . Mäkelä appeared in the Linnanmäki amusement park since its inception and pulled out there for young magic school, which later developed into the Linnanmäki Circus School. He also served as Finnish Magic Circle Association's chairman. . Mäkelä is also Finland's Magic Circle Association's Honorary President, Entertainment Magicians Association's honorary member and the Magic Knights of the Association's honorary member.
