Max Howard (b. 1942) is an Emmy® Award-winning actor, author and keynote speaker.
Upon graduating cum laude from Ohio University with a BFA in theater, Mr. Howard served in the United States Army.
After military service, he began a forty year career as a professional actor and teacher in repertory theaters across the United States.
He created and starred in the nationally syndicated television series for young audiences called “Max B. Nimble,” for which he won an Emmy® Award.
He is also created and starred in "The War Wizard" play, which celebrates the career and life of the 19th century American showman, Civil War soldier, inventor and traveling magician, William Augustus Reich, known as Prof. Gus Rich, “The Wizard of the Blue Ridge.” The War Wizard has been presented at the Magic Castle in Hollywood.
