Comments: Very Good; First Printing. A VERY GOOD, bright,
clean, tight copy. In his Introduction the author, in compiling the book,
states: "There were numerous dealers' catalogs to consult, auction
records to obtain and book sales to observe. Sorting out information
and presenting it in a way that I hope is clear and accurate was a
challenge. This guide started out as an attempt to keep a record of
book prices to aid me in pricing my inventory. After talking with a
few friends about what I was compiling, it became apparent that
others would benefit from this information. Thus, I decided to create
the type of price guide that I would like to use myself. Some features
that I find particularly useful: Having a range of prices (rather than
just price points) as well as auction prices. Having prices for
various editions, conditions, features, etc. Having an alphabetical
index of titles, so that when an author is unknown, the book can be
located. Having abbreviations on a handy book mark/straight edge."
