Marmaduke the Wonder Mouse Paperback – 2006
by Mark Lewis (Author), Paul Pacific (Illustrator)
This is the pocket trick of the universe! And this is the best book ever written on it! You may have seen this performed by a carnival pitchman or magic demonstrator at a fair or exhibition. Briefly the effect is that a tiny little mouse scampers all over the place! It walks along the hand, it turns left, right and even rolls over! It will scamper out of a glass and hop from one deck of cards to another. It is a sensation!!! Also included in this booklet is a description of the Magic Coin trick and the Spooky Pencil trick. The pencil trick in particular is a fabulous trick in it's own right and was made famous by the inimitable Johnny Neptune a famous Scottish magic pitchman who sold thousands of them. The pencil will defy the law of gravity, move along the hand up down and sideways finally rising out of a bottle in the most mysterious way. As a special bonus section we have also included a description of Marmaduke the Mouse's cousin in operation. The cousin is the famous squirmle which walks, crawls and rises out of a glass. It is a furry, fuzzy little creature which looks like a giant worm. Really attention getting.
